• Helping international companies navigate the Canadian landscape, including foreign ownership restrictions and other regulatory requirements;

• Providing advice on transactions involving the acquisition, divestiture or reorganization of regulated media assets;

• Intervening in public proceedings before the CRTC, as well as in Government consultations; and

• Acting on broadcast-specific copyright matters, including making submissions to the Copyright Board of Canada.
